      1. What is meant by the Hijra Route?

      It is a path taken by the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, during his migration from Mecca to Medina (may God honor them both).

      The house of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the house of Lady Khadija bint Khuwaylid, the Mother of the Believers, may God be pleased with her, near the Grand Mosque.

      In Rabi' al-Awwal of the first Hijri year, corresponding to 622 AD. Cave of Thawr, located in Mount Thawr, is the cave in which the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his companion Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, hid for three nights on their way to Medina.

      God Almighty said: {If you do not aid him - Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had expelled him, the second of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, “Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.” So Allah sent down His tranquility upon him and supported him with soldiers you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the {The Most High, and God is Exalted in Might and Wise} [At-Tawbah: (40)].

      Yes, it still exists and people visit it, and there is currently a project to develop Mount Thawr and facilitate the road leading to the cave.
